Resilience is the ability to withstand and bounce back quickly despite significant adversity.

However, as our world experiences increasingly rapid transitions, cultivating sustainable leadership and resilience has become both essential and challenging. In today’s VUCA and BANI environment, many leaders face heightened uncertainty, anxiety, and a sense of diminished control over their teams, personal lives, and work. Yet, with an open and creative mindset, these challenges can reveal opportunities for growth and innovation.

To fully leverage this transformative period, it is crucial to create a space for self-reflection, allowing us to recognize and understand our current experiences. This deeper insight can serve as a foundation for renewed energy and resilience, enabling us to not only recover but to move forward stronger than before.

In this session, we will explore the four distinct phases of resilience and introduce evidence-based tools designed to help both individuals and teams manage stress, reduce anxiety, and regain sustainable control through an active and creative mindset.

High-performing teams thrive in cultures where learning is continuous, feedback is normalized, and conversations are candid.

Yet fostering such an environment requires deliberate effort – particularly when facing difficult conversations, implicit biases, and the discomfort of giving and receiving feedback.

This module focuses on the essential leadership skills needed to build a feedback-driven, learning-oriented culture.

Participants will strengthen their ability to navigate challenging conversations, offer impactful feedback, and create psychological safety through open communication.

Drawing on research from organizational behavior and adult learning, the session will highlight how negotiation patterns and mindset biases can block learning – and how leaders can shift toward a growth mindset culture that embraces reflection, experimentation, and development.

Through real-life case studies and structured exercises, participants will uncover strategies to embed feedback as a routine team practice and foster collective resilience and growth.

Co-development sessions offer a powerful, peer-based approach to leadership development grounded in real business challenges.

Rather than learning through theory alone, participants work on live situations drawn directly from their professional reality. Each session is professionally facilitated and follows a clear, structured methodology that transforms reflection into focused, practical action.

Participants take turns bringing a leadership challenge to the group, while peers contribute thoughtful questions, diverse perspectives, and collective insight. The emphasis is not on giving advice, but on expanding awareness, sharpening judgment, and supporting better decision-making. This approach activates the intelligence of the group and strengthens trust, openness, and high-quality dialogue.

Co-development sessions build resilience, clarity, and leadership confidence in complex environments. They create intentional moments to pause, think together, and reconnect learning to day-to-day leadership practice. The result is deeper learning, stronger relationships, and concrete next steps that translate directly into impact at work.

If you or your organization are struggling with change - either dealing with it as it happens, recovering from the aftermath of significant events or just looking for a chance to come closer together and build on existing strengths - this workshop helps provide a perspective of why change can be harder on some people or harder at different times, and how to assess where you are in the change cycle to enable a faster, more resilient recovery.
Additionally, you will learn options for identifying and overcoming learned behaviors that impede you from really overcoming the challenges of change.
The discussion of the model was extremely helpful, allowing me to consider historical situations that may be impacting today's attitude and status, and Yaron's facilitation skills which enabled him to patiently wait for participation and encouraging follow up dialog made the conversation much richer.
